Whether you are an aspiring yoga teacher, a student looking to enrich your practice, or an existing instructor seeking broader knowledge and skills, the 240-hour Sadhana Yoga Teacher Training offers you a strong foundation for your next step. Delve deeply into yoga practice, philosophy, and lifestyle. Refine your knowledge of physical and subtle anatomy. Gain confidence and intelligence in designing meaningful practices for yourself and/or others. For those who want to teach, become prepared to lead yoga practices in a range of settings and contexts.

Three Streams Yoga teacher trainings are based in the living tradition of Sri Vidya, an ancient lineage that draws on the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra. Your lead trainers study with a master teacher and are dedicated to helping other yoga students and teachers thrive. This training’s curriculum is shaped by extensive further studies in yoga, a passion for lifelong learning, and almost 20 years of teaching and designing courses in the academic realm. Yoga, like learning, is a practice that unfolds over time. As your knowledge, experience, and self-awareness become richer, your understanding and application of yoga will evolve, as well. And so we have gone above and beyond Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour standards and required contact hours to ensure you’ll have ample in-person learning time, as well as one-on-one mentorship at key points in the program. Conducive to depth and experiential learning, this training is organized as a series of weekend intensives over 6 months and includes reading and other assignments to be completed between sessions. This format and time frame allow for the immersive experience of deep learning in connection with a sangha (community), and time to integrate the lessons and practices for personal and professional growth.
Upon passing the program requirements, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.

Early bird rate: $2999 (Valid through November 15, 2019)
Regular rate: $3300 (after November 15, 2019)

If your application is not accepted or you decide not to accept a place in the training, your deposit will be refunded in full by check. Once you accept a place in the program, refunds (less the deposit) are allowed as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy in the Enrollment Contract.

Principles of sequencing, assisting, modifying, and adapting
One-on-one mentorship sessions (included at no extra cost) to refine your personal practice and goals as a teacher
This program includes the Parayoga Four Desires® training, led by registered ParaYoga teacher Laurie Dean. The Four Desires® weekend, when completed with post-training mentorship and written work, is eligible for credit in the internationally renowned ParaYoga® Master Training.
Attendance of all module lessons* and one-on-one mentoring sessions
Completion of all assigned reading, written work, class observations, teaching practicum, and module tests
Regular weekly practice (at home and/or in studios of the trainee’s choice) for the duration of the program
Discounted class passes available for trainees choosing to practice at Three Streams Yoga
Passing mark on final take-home exam and satisfactory completion of final practicum session
After completing the requirements above, trainees will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. With this they may apply for 200 RYT status through Yoga Alliance.
* A limited number of missed lessons due to emergency or illness may be made up by listening to recorded sessions and submitting follow-up work to lead trainers. Once missed sessions amount to more than the equivalent of one weekend module, there will be an extra charge for make-up sessions.
